Make room for something good

A share for your table.

We’ll help match the size to your household, freezer space and the way you cook.

01 / A GOOD PLACE TO START

Quarter beef.

A smaller commitment for households exploring buying beef in bulk. Ask about the mix of cuts, expected take-home weight and freezer space.

  • A mix of steaks, roasts and ground beef
  • Confirm quarter-share cutting options
  • Pickup timing confirmed with the ranch
Ask about a quarter ↗
02 / KEEP THE FREEZER READY

Half beef.

A larger share for families who cook beef regularly. Talk through the available cutting choices and how you’d like to use your beef.

  • More beef for everyday meals
  • Discuss your cutting preferences
  • Plan your freezer space before ordering
Ask about a half ↗
03 / GO ALL IN

Whole beef.

Our largest share, suited to well-prepared freezers or a purchase coordinated with family. We’ll walk through the details with you.

  • The full animal’s available cuts
  • Coordinate cutting and pickup details
  • Discuss how a shared order is handled

Before you order

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What does “hanging weight” mean?

Hanging weight is the carcass weight before the final cutting and trimming. Packaged take-home beef weighs less. When you compare prices, ask whether the quote is based on hanging weight or packaged weight, and whether processing is included. Your reservation will spell out the basis used.

How much freezer space will I need?

The space required depends on the size of the animal, your share and how the beef is cut and packaged. We’ll discuss an estimate before you reserve. Have a freezer ready before your pickup date.

Can I choose my cuts?

Cutting options depend on the share and processing arrangements. We’ll confirm what’s available before you order, including how quarter shares are divided. Some cutting choices replace others from the same part of the animal.

When and where do I pick up?

Pickup depends on processing availability and your reservation. We’ll confirm the schedule and location directly. Please arrange your visit with us before coming to the ranch.

Is this the same ranch as Angus Direct Sales?

Yes. Blackline Ranch is the new name for our ranch and beef business. You’re working with the same people in North Georgia.
